Our customer relationships

It is important for us to plan effectively together to meet your desired outcomes for any project and for communication to take place throughout the service delivery period with more formal review on completion.

We don’t ‘just deliver training and qualifications’, we work in partnership with our customers to understand their business, to provide support with their workforce development planning, to understand the impact our provision is having on practice and to improve performance across their business.

Our subject leads

Our subject leads are responsible for the on-going review and development of our courses and associated materials. This ensures our content is current, mapped to all appropriate standards, is written to the Department of Health’s guidelines and meets all your required outcomes.

Our subject leads constantly research their subject areas using a range of methods, including attending seminars and conferences delivered by experts in their field. Our leads are also members of professional organisations; this ensures we receive regular updates that include legislative changes. The subject leads responsibility also extends to the on-going development of our trainers and the delivery of internal CPD days.
